Individual templates without visible focus or with weak contrast, images without alternative text in the file section, accordions and tabs from extensions without keyboard operation, PDF downloads without tags.

Ensure focus styles and contrasts in the template, keep alt texts and heading levels consistent editorially, check the extensions, scan the source code.
